Polyteknik is Building the Future in Hjallerup!

Friday marked a major milestone for us at Polyteknik: the groundbreaking of our future headquarters on a 6-hectare site at Tolstrupvej 61 in Hjallerup. The new facility will include a 2,250 m² office and 3,510 m² production facilities.

Our goal? To quintuple our capacity and create space for what we do best – developing and manufacturing advanced PVD systems for the semicon industry and research institutions across Europe.

With a new 700 m² cleanroom and significantly more floor space, we’re laying the foundation for future innovation – and for growth, both in our company and the local community.

Jens William Larsen, CEO of Polyteknik:

“We don’t manufacture chips – we develop the machines that help create them. That’s our contribution to Europe’s technological future.”

Mayor Mikael Klitgaard:
“We believe in creating opportunities, not limitations – and that’s what today is all about. New jobs are coming, and we’re proud to have you here in Hjallerup.”

Jesper Wengel, Dean at Aalborg University:
“Polyteknik is a great example of how knowledge turns into growth. This is how we build a stronger Europe.”

The highlight? Everyone in attendance received a shovel and joined in the ceremonial groundbreaking – a powerful symbol of the collaboration and community at the heart of Polyteknik.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us – and to Brønderslev Municipality for your warm support.
We look forward to sharing the journey ahead!
